Lucky Chouette AW'15

6:59 AM
Hi, guys! Last weekend, I was invited by WannabK to see one of my favorite Korean brands, Lucky Chouette Fashion Show, on display at the 5-star Grand Hyatt Hotel.  Lucky Chouette was founded by the designer Jae Hyun Kim (owner of  Jardin de Chouette) and launched in 2009.  Jae Hyun Kim strived to create a unique and wonderfully romantic brand that blends street style with military undertones.
Colorful and vibrant themes sensualize dramatic silhouettes by employing distinctive ruffles and pleats.  The pieces feature incredible details that are lovely to the eye, as they offer a playful and lighthearted appeal.   The brand’s logo, a cute “Owl,” is charming and endearing for fans.  It was an amazing experience to see their upcoming collection that featured modified versions of a Brass Button’s pea coat and a silk dress line from Jardin de Chouette.

Lucky Chouette is already well known in Korea as a fun and luxurious style for younger people.  It is a very trendy brand not only among Korean fashionistas, but it’s also popular with many Korean celebrities.  Culminating at the end of Seoul Fashion Week, I view it to be in the top tier of collections for women’s wear.  I loved the elegance, femininity, and chicness of the pieces.  Those traits totally describe my sense of style.

My favorite highlights included seeing a lot of sequin details and work done with fur that enhances a sense of indulgence.  The smiling and flirting while walking of top models like Hyoni Kang and Irene Kim were perfect in showcasing these pieces.  Vivid colors, bold accessories, and sequin shoes helped capture my attention even further.  I hope you can also enjoy these sophisticated and sharp silhouettes in their upcoming line.

Ready for Summer

5:50 PM
Hi, sweeties! I'm leaving to South Korea tomorrow and am feeling a little bit nervous about my flight! I hope Seoul is comparatively warm to Virginia. It feels like a summer! I decided to wear something summerish in case it's chilly in Korea.
I'm wearing a cute crop top that you can buy at my store, though, t I'm going to close my shop while I stay in Seoul.  Maybe you can check it out later. A yellow maxi skirt is definitely perfect for summer along with a light jacket to protect against the sun or wind. Are you ready to skip Spring and head straight to Summer?

OOTD: Monochrome

6:27 PM
Hi, guys! I'm very sorry for being a little bit slow. The reason for not publishing so often is that my normal routine was interrupted by a trip to Boston, and now I'm getting ready to leave to South Korea for Fashion Week! I hope you can follow my trip on Instagram (@differentcands) or add me on Snapchat (Queenhorsfall).

Today, I was inspired to wear a monochrome look - just grey and black. I'm not a big fan of boring monochrome outfits,  even though they often look great as images. I thought that my star printed blouse would spice up my look to keep it unique and at a safe distance from anything pedestrian.

Ready for the Spring with Victoria’s Secret PINK Push-Up Bralette

7:03 AM
Hi, guys! I feel so excited, because a couple of days ago, I was working on my biggest campaign to date. VS Pink and Chictopia gave me the opportunity to share with my readers the biggest spring trend of Victoria's Secret PINK Push-up Bralette. This is the bralette of Spring Break! Now with push-up support and eyelash lace it can be worn as a top or as the perfect layering item for spring party looks.
• Push-Up padding for shape and lift
• Super soft eyelash lace
• Bright spring colors
• Perfect Spring Break Wardrobe (pair it up with a boyfriend tank and denim shorts!)

In my previous post, I mentioned that VS lingerie is a must-have that every true lady especially needs in her in spring break wardrobe. The Bralette is one of the hottest spring trends. It is always sexy and gives you confidence. Personally, I love bralettes because they are great day-off bra.

I decided to show you how I styled my royal blue bralette in different ways to give you ideas how to wear it:
- with a denim romper (that perfectly hides your tummy, if you forget to visit the gym, yet want to be in trend),
- with flirty skirt and light jacket over it (a light jacket will keep you warm if it's windy weather),
- with summer shorts (it can be also high-waisted denim shorts, that are on my wish list)
- with your favorite tee (I picked a boyfriend tank from VS Pink).

Let's get the party started! Spring looks to be here finally!

Miss Elegance / Happy Women's Day

9:19 PM
Hello, my lovelies! I'm sorry for the late post, but would I love to congratulate all women in the world on another fantastic International Women's Day. Maybe some of you never heard of this day, but back in my home country, it is a big day for all women, because it is the only one day when women can relax and get a lot of gift from friends, relatives, husbands, boyfriends and children. I remember when I was small, my sister and I always thought about what could we give our mom to make her happy. Based on watching all the flowers being bought and sold so quickly (literally, all the flowers in my country are sold out), I like to think of this event as Flowers Day.  Happy Women's Day, my dear ladies!

Today, I decided to create an elegant outfit that's perfect for any celebration. I paired my new Oasap striped dress with a long coat from Few Moda. Red accents on my lips and feet gave a little vibe to not appear as if I'm an office girl. My sleek bag from Ms Little's Bag rounds out a modern look.

Long Coat Trend | Few Moda

4:46 AM
Hi, guys! Today, I would like to talk about the long coat trend. I was looking for a while to find the ideal long coat for winter/ spring season. And finally I found a perfect one at a NY-based online store Few Moda. I can't wait to rock it during Seoul Fashion Week in Korea! Here is one of my ways for styling a long coat.  For a little color contrast, I paired my new coat with a green vintage shirt dress. A long coat is not just keeping you warm. It is a great way to always look stylish. Some people make the mistake of thinking that black is a boring color. It is actually very versatile and should never be excluded from your wardrobe. You can wear a black coat in many different ways and always look fabulous. For accessories, I picked one of my craziest pairs of sunglasses, a fedora hat and a Lulu's bracelet. Stay tuned to see my other outfits during SFW.

Hello, my sweeties! Today, I decided to wear something more casual and fun. I paired my new flower printed blouse from Mr. Gugu & Miss Go with my vintage pale pink coat and a Lulu's beanie. I love this color composition because of its Spring touch. Also, like many other fashionistas, my best accessory is a dressed phone case.  I got this one from Mr. Gugu & Miss Go. What is your favorite phone case?

P.S. By the way, don't forget to check new items at my store>>here.
